Multimat Closing Meeting

September 10 – 12, 2008

Scope:

The aim of the meeting is to review the achievements within the RTN MULTIMAT network as a starting point for future common research goals. In the spirit of MULTIMAT this event will bring together experimentalists, physicists, and mathematicians around some aspects of materials science.

Participation:
The Hausdorff Center for Mathematics invites researchers in the field of material science to participate in the meeting. Registration is free but mandatory, please fill in the registration form.

In addition, there is a limited number of funds, in particular for young scientists. Applications should be sent to the email address provided below including a CV, a publication list and a short letter of recommendation. The deadline for application is July 13th, 2008.

If you register before July 13th, 2008, we can also arrange Hotel accommodations for you.
